Goldtag Gateway is a corporate infrastructure service developed and operated by Fintag Yazılım Danışmanlık A.Ş. Our company operates within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye and carries out the technology, integration and operational support processes it provides in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
The precious-metals, FX and commodity services offered through Goldtag Gateway are supported with API-based infrastructure layers in line with the product structures of financial institutions, electronic money institutions, payment institutions and digital platforms. Within this scope, pricing, transaction, balance, reporting and reconciliation processes are structured taking into account inter-institutional agreements, technical integration conditions and the relevant legislative provisions.
Goldtag Gateway does not provide direct investment advice, portfolio management or financial consultancy services to end users. The services provided within the scope of Gateway are technical infrastructure and service support to be used within the integrated institutions' own user experiences and operational processes. Final product presentation, user notifications and customer relations are carried out within the scope of the relevant institutions' own legal obligations and operational responsibilities.
Precious-metals, FX and commodity prices may fluctuate depending on global market conditions, supply-demand balances, exchange rates and relevant market dynamics. Past price movements and performance data are not a guarantee of future results. Integrated institutions and users should evaluate their transaction decisions taking the relevant risks into account.
The use of the services provided within the scope of Goldtag Gateway is determined by inter-institutional agreements in terms of integration scope, transaction limits, pricing model, reporting structure, reconciliation processes and operational rules. Tax obligations, costs arising from the payment infrastructure and operational details regarding transaction processes are applied in line with the relevant legislation and the agreements between the parties.
Goldtag Gateway services are evaluated only within the scope of corporate integration processes and do not constitute a product open to the direct use of individual users. The services that institutions benefiting from the Gateway infrastructure offer to their end users are carried out within the framework of the relevant institutions' own licenses, permits, agreements, user notifications and legal obligations. The service scope, technical documentation, integration processes and corporate terms of use regarding Goldtag Gateway are shared in line with the contractual, technical and operational principles determined by Fintag Yazılım Danışmanlık A.Ş.
